Get to Know the Role
Manage the end-to-end credit lifecycle for Pay Later and Cash Loan products by leveraging data-driven assessments and predictive models to implement robust risk controls. You will own the improvement of key credit metrics delivering concise actionable insights to executive management while leading and coaching the risk team to enhance overall productivity and technical expertise. This position will reporting to Head and Onsite in Jakarta Office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Independently design data-driven strategies for business problems within acceptable risk covering whitelisting underwriting and lending limits. Manage the lending portfolio advising on actions to maintain healthy metrics while collaborating with business engineering credit decision data science operations legal finance and regional teams.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
A recognized Degree qualification preferably in Business Finance Economics and Computer Science
At least 7 years of full-time experience across consumer credit broader Retail/SME
Experience in consumer lending with team leadership and a strong professional network across Indonesias financial services e-commerce and retail sectors
Experience with delivery of tangible results across previous roles Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data and analytical thinking
Collaborate with senior partners across departments such as credit risk operations legal finance and regional teams
Data Analysis including using SQL and Phyton
Design effective PowerPoint presentations
Experience with the local financial regulatory environment compliance and customer due diligence process
