Job Description:

1. Perform order scheduling per supply pull point and customer request date.

2. Ensure 100% on-time delivery performance for customer orders.

3. Work with production logistic team and engineer to improve all manufacturing indicators.

4. Support manufacturing to increase factory volume output.

5. Plans and controls all activities of output from production.

6. Monitors and cleans up RMA Retest and Partial at scan. Control work in process pipeline inventory at requirement level

Requirements/Qualifications:

Key Competency / Skill Requirements:

1. Fluent in English communication (writing and speaking)

2. Good Knowledge of supply chain management

3. Good knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing

4. Familiar with assembly and FT procedures is a must with SMT knowledge is a plus

Education & Experience Required:

1. Experience in Production Planning for 5 years

2. B.S. in IE or equivalent
