Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Fulfillment & Logistics Management
- Order Execution:Manage the entire order lifecycle. Verify pricing Incoterms and configurations against the ODM contracts before booking.
- Logistics Coordination:Work directly with logistic team to arrange shipments to ODM manufacturing sites. Solve logistics bottlenecks to meet the customers aggressive RDD.
- Revenue Recognition:Ensure orders are shipped and invoiced correctly to meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
2. Supply Chain & Factory Liaison
- Production Tracking:Act as the Internal Account Manager within the factory. Join production meetings to track the status of open orders and prioritize critical allocation for ODM production runs.
- Shortage Management:Proactively manage factory constraints. When shortages occur negotiate with internal Planning teams to secure allocationfor our key ODM accounts to prevent Line Down situations.
3. Customer Operations Interface
- ODM Communication:Serve as the direct contact window for ODM Buyers and Material plannerregarding order status commit dates and backlog reports.
- Problem Resolution:Handle operational escalations such as Shortage Pull-ins RMA or shipping discrepancies directly with ODM teams.
Qualifications:
- Experience:2 years of solid experience in Order Management Project Coordination or Supply Chain Planning preferably working with systemODMs.
- Hard Skills:
- Strong knowledge of International Tradeand ODM business models (Buy-Sell Consignment).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems(Oracle SAP) is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Excelfor managing complex backlogs.
- Language:Fluent in Mandarinand Business Level English.
