Job Description:

The Role:

  • Responsible fororder management (order & quote entry processing throughSAP)

  • Responsible forshippingarrangementand on-time delivery

  • Customer demand managementandorder fulfillment

  • Obtain customer insight through daily communication and analyze the demand/supply through sales forecast andcustomerusage

  • Be familiar with policies and procedures to perform daily operationsand meet SOX control

  • Effectively collaborate withtherelevant departmentsforproblem solving withtimelyresponse

  • Maintain standardizedand up-to-dateSOP

  • Maintain daily achievements by communicating key information coordinating actions obtaining expert opinions reviewing open issues and action items and contributing information across departments

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.

  • Build strong trust-based relationships with customers through proactive and clear communication.

  • Complete theassignedtasksandresponseproactively

In this role you will:

  • Respond to customersissue with a sense of urgency andfindthe resource to provide the solution

  • Proactively reviewtherelated process and improvement plan to drive process efficiency

  • Open to suggestions and flexibility in adjusting work processes

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

  • More than 2 years of customer service experience (semiconductor industry experience is a plus)

  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel with strong data analysis and problemsolving skills

  • Familiar with SAP system operations (handson experience preferred)

  • Strong communication skills able to interact and influence across different organizational levels

  • Proactive in taking ownership improving processes and preventing recurring errors
