Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on HR technology and solutions
- Proven experience in software testing or quality assurance preferably in HR systems
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Proficiency in HR software and systems as well as testing methodologies
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced data analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Experience in implementing and optimizing HR solutions
- HR certifications (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and process improvements in HR technology
