As an HRBP Generalist you will play a key role in realizing the organizations talent vision and strategies by championing cross-functional collaboration and turning people insights into actionable results. You will work closely with the Global HRBP Lead Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Country HR teams to align enterprise initiatives and influence the design of scalable HR solutions. By strengthening leadership capabilities and driving strategic partnerships you will help accelerate business performance support cultural transformation and contribute to the sustainable growth of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Strategic Partnerships: Partner with the Global HRBP Lead VPs Sr. Directors and Country HR teams to design and implement scalable HR solutions across geographies.
- Lead Talent Insights to Action: Drive regular talent reviews and leverage advanced dashboards and analytics to transform data into measurable outcomes and informed workforce decisions.
- Execute HR Programs: Own the end-to-end execution of HR programs ensuring consistency relevancy and operational excellence across all functions.
- Coach & Develop Leadership Pipeline: Enable and strengthen leadership capabilities to build a robust pipeline of ready-now executives supporting organizational transformation
Qualifications :
- Location: Must be based in San Jose CA (Hybrid role)
- Experience: 8 years of HRBP experience within global or multi-regional organizations.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to support senior HR leaders and partner with business stakeholders to execute complex HR strategies and programs.
- Experience implementing HR solutions at a regional or functional level within a matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated success in translating global programs into local execution ensuring relevance and operational excellence.
- Exposure to data-driven HR practices including the use of analytics to track outcomes and inform strategy.
- Fluency or professional proficiency in Japanese to facilitate communication with regional stakeholders is preferred.
- Strong skills in business acumen data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

The expected annual pay range for this position is $140K - $190K. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
