Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care on the Surgical Stay Unit during the night shift. This role requires strong clinical judgment adaptability and the ability to support patient care operations in a specialty or comparable unit. The RN may be required to float to other units within their scope of practice based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe effective and patient-centered nursing care in a surgical stay or related specialty unit
Serve as charge nurse when assigned providing leadership and clinical support to staff
Float to other units as needed within competency and skill set
Adhere to all hospital policies procedures and safety standards
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a specialty or comparable inpatient unit
Previous charge nurse experience required
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing unit needs
Willingness and flexibility to float to other units as assigned
Compliance with facility scrub policy (any color permitted for this unit)
