Job Title: Surgical Technologist - OR
Location: Morristown VT
Start Date: 04/06/2026
Shift: Days 40 hrs/week; option of 8- or 10-hour shifts plus on-call rotation (once weeknight per week every 5th weekend)
Weekly Pay: $1890

Job Description:
Surgical Technologist needed to assist the circulator and surgeon in providing safe high-quality care to surgical patients. This position ensures a sterile environment and supports operative procedures under qualified OR personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the surgical team during procedures to ensure patient safety and efficiency.
Maintain sterile field and proper instrument handling.
Participate in on-call rotation: once weeknight per week and every 5th weekend.
Comply with all applicable state and federal laws regulations and hospital policies.
Support the team with setup turnover and procedural assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
Current certification/licensure as required by state law.
Prior OR experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
