Technical Project Manager Tech Central

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead Technology Projects: Manage multiple technical workstreams or large-scale projects from inception to completion. Develop implement and monitor detailed project plans ensuring timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables.
• Strategic Advisor: Provide expert insight on best practices anticipate obstacles and align strategies with enterprise goals and market conditions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate project status risks and solutions to stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership. Build strong relationships and influence decisions across IT and business teams.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks ensuring project success and compliance with technical security standards.
• Collaboration & Communication: Foster seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders driving consensus and alignment on priorities.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in special projects and contribute to process enhancements that elevate technology delivery and user experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience including at least 2 years managing technology projects. Financial Services and technical delivery experience strongly preferred.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field required; Masters degree preferred.

Proven ability to deliver IT solutions with strong knowledge of technical security principles and IT delivery methodologies.

Demonstrated success in stakeholder management influencing cross-functional teams and driving results in complex environments.
