This is an excellent opportunity for a successfulsales professional with honed prospecting skills to represent a leader in the market.Compensation:- Average 1st year earnings (salary commissions) $175-190K
- On Target Earnings $250000
- $600 Monthly car allowance ( gas reimbursement) and business expenses reimbursed.

Responsibilities:- Demonstrate professionalism excellent communication and organizational skillsand establish a strong sense of trust among Fotonas growing customer base.
- Manage high-volume cold calls to medical practices and med spas.
- Identify decision-makers and evaluate the buying process.
- Determine prospects business needs and goals to determine solutions.
- Actively seek out new customers through prospecting trade shows virtual and live meetings and other points of contact.
- Demonstrate a consistently strong work ethic excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
- 30% Overnight Travel within a territory as well as attending trade shows trainings and other events is required inthis role.
- Represent Fotona with high-level integrity and professionalism.
Qualifications:- Live within greater San Antonio or Austin TX
- Minimum 4 years experience in outbound business-to-business sales experience
- Ability to travel overnight (30% on average) within the territory and outside of the territory for attendance at national trade shows trainings and other events
- Capital Equipment Durable Medical Equipment and/or Medical Device sales experiencepreferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop qualified appointments.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent phone written and in-person sales and communication skills.
- A strong passion for prospecting.
- Basic MS Office Suite and computer/internet skills for communications and research.
- Experience using CRM toolsSalesforce preferred.
- Reliable strong work ethic and ability to work independently to produce results.
Education:Associates or Bachelors degree preferredthough not required
