Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Principal Electrical Project Manager with 5 years of proven experience managing electrical projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing all aspects of electrical construction projects with strong expertise in budgeting forecasting billing and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical projects ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project budgets forecasts and cost reports.
- Oversee billing processes including progress billing and client invoicing.
- Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures.
- Coordinate with clients contractors engineers and internal teams.
- Review project specifications drawings and contracts to ensure compliance.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations company standards and quality requirements.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager with demonstrated experience managing electrical projects from initiation to completion.
- Proven expertise in budgeting forecasting billing and cost control within electrical project management.
