The Opportunity

Were searching for an exceptional National Sales Development Manager to accelerate our growth strategy and elevate our sales performance across Australia.

As the National Sales Development Manager you will be the strategic force behind KONEs sales transformation. Youll shape both shortterm results and longterm sales capability guiding regional teams and senior leaders to deliver sustainable success.

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic futurefocused environment and is energised by developing people implementing new technologies and driving value based sales.

You will lead:

Sales Strategy & Market Leadership

  • Analyse competition market shifts and emerging opportunities.

  • Oversee and influence national budgeting forecasting and financial reporting

  • Strengthen KONEs market share through strategic planning and execution.

Sales Transformation

  • Play a central role in transformation initiatives.

  • Ensure sales fundamentals processes and competencies are aligned nationally.

  • Integrate and champion new technologies into sales practices.

Direct Sales Influence

  • Maintain and develop strategic Clevel relationships as a Key Account Manager.

  • Support major project win plans and drive national sales incentive programs.

  • Lead national Sales Community activities and share best practices across regions.

You bring:

  • Strong sales leadership experience (service solutions or technical environments ideal).

  • Strategic thinking and a strong background in value based sales management

  • Proven ability to lead people through change.

  • Deep understanding of the sales cycle funnel management negotiation and customer strategies.

  • Experience building and implementing long term sales strategies

  • Confidence resilience and outstanding communication skills.
