Inviting applications for the role of Manager - KYC Knowledge/AML!
In this role you will be responsible for the complete accurate and timely Party Account Product and Client Pricing Data to Firmwide consumers with well-defined controls and active oversight of data quality. The team provides services supporting trading client services and regulatory compliance. We operate as a professional data company with separate teams providing smooth daily data service (run-the-bank RTB) to internal end users and managing future strategic data solutions product database and data processing enhancements partnered by technology (change-the-bank CTB). This is a hands-on Business Analyst within the Change the Bank (CTB) Client Reference Data Services group of Shared Services and Banking Operations. The resource would be required to oversee a work program aimed at efficiency and regulatory deliverables working closely with Data Services and IT and other teams within the Firm where needed. The Business Analyst is expected to own and drive components of the overall solution. They need to be hands-on in terms of the detail and be able to manage and influence others in terms of delivery.
Responsibilities
Project planning and control
Status tracking and reporting
Issue and risk management
Leading detailed analysis with line staff wider Ops groups and Business Units to formulate and Consolidate business requirements.
Managing the documentation of business processes including business rules and reference data requirements
Preparation of test strategies and approaches documentation of test scripts and test execution delivery techniques having delivered using Agile methodology in previous roles.
Responsible to define and implement data quality standards across processes to reduce manual intervention.
Responsible to handle and manage KYC tools for client verification

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
The ideal candidate will have previous experience/knowledge within an operation related to environment. Confident analytical person with excellent oral and written communication addition the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Qualified at degree level or equivalent industry experience (Client Reference Data)
Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle volume spikes and prioritize work including ad-hoc request and projects to meet business demands in a timely manner.
Ability to recognize potential risk issues and escalate/report on a timely basis.
Adaptability and flexibility ability to perform under pressure or in a changing environment.
Outstanding attention to details and analytical ability
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint and Word) Visio and Signavio process flow tools
Self-driven capable of performing day to day activities with minimal guidance and supervision.
Ability to influence stakeholders and gain consensus across different groups.
Experience of managing Ops/ Tech projects through agile
Experience of managing large data projects data lineage and data quality
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong communication skills particularly in written documentation (user stories operating procedures process flow mapping etc.)
Experience in managing relationships with senior clients.
Strong attention to requirements gathering discussion and delivery.
Prior process improvement business analysis and project management experience
Clear understanding of business analysis approaches and concepts
Experience in defining business requirements.
Experience in managing and executing testing activities production checkout.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and define approaches to bring un-focused issues to resolution.
Strong Agile experience JIRA Confluence User Story Acceptance Criteria Visio and Signavio process tools UI Framework experience
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Knowledge of SQL queries is highly preferred.
Knowledge of Tableau Power BI and Alteryx will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of KYC Tooling KYC knowledge/screening/AML and data analytics
