Job Summary

Warehouse Outbound Executive

Key responsibilities and activities include but is not limited to:

Inventory management.
Preparation of Weekly/Monthly report
Candidate should have knowledge of MS-Excel (V-Lookup Pivot Table Charts and Formulas
Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
Handling stores operations ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the production & distribution process.
Monitoring availability of stock making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries
Ensuring optimum utilization of manpower
Make GRN update inward records and reports Storage.
Follow EHS - discipline
Work Closely with Production Maintenance and Purchase.
Should be able to take charge of the complete team.
Ensure timely material dispatch
Arrange stock take at regular intervals.
Any other job as entrusted by the Management from time to time.

- Coordinate with Production in planning.

- Knowledge in WMS module.
