The company works on rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects and is continuously expanding its team across technical project sales and support functions.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Executive who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization. The role requires hands-on experience in sourcing candidates using and other job portals conducting initial screenings and coordinating interviews with department heads.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles including engineering project management sales accounts procurement and support staff.
Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media platforms.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules feedback and offer discussions.
Support the HR team in offer letter preparation and joining formalities.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per organizational hiring requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in HR Business Administration or related field.
1–2 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Hands-on experience working with and other job portals.
Good understanding of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment and handle multiple openings simultaneously.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in hiring for technical engineering or EPC industry roles will be an advantage.
Strong follow-up and candidate management skills.
Familiarity with Excel or recruitment tracking tools.
