A large and well-established secondary school in Northampton is seeking a confident and organised HR Administrator to support its people operations from January 2026.
The HR Administrator plays a vital role in supporting staff across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to absence management and compliance. You will work closely with senior leaders and line managers to ensure processes are followed accurately and consistently.

The role includes:
Managing recruitment administration and safer recruitment checks
Maintaining staff records and contracts
Supporting absence tracking and HR reporting
Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries
