We are seeking a dedicated creative and professional individual to join our team in a multifaceted role predominantly covering Marketing but also event organisation customer queries regarding sales ordering via the online webshop and general admin duties. - Maternity contract until July 2027
- Salary circa 29K
- Working hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5pm and we can offer some flexibility with start/finish times (Office based role)
- 25 days plus bank holidays

Responsibilities
- Contribute to defining the marketing and communication strategy plan and execute the activities for the subsidiary aligned with the company culture and brand policies
- Responsible for internal and external PR create positive and proactive press and media coverage
- Be responsible for the development of internal platforms working in close co-operation with the Brand Manager
- Contribute to or define a marketing plan based on the commercial strategy
- Create and execute marketing activities on the marketing calendar in close co-operation with global colleagues
- Create and/or organise content for all marketing activities - sales brochures presentations and digital content
- Manage different social media channels
- Evaluate analyse and optimize digital marketing activities
- Organize local external events
- Book travel and accommodation for events
- Deal with customer queries relating to the online buying platform
- Assist with sales order processing
Qualifications
- Creative and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for marketing with some previous marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
- Highly organised with strong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook Onenote)
- Experience with using design tools such as Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable using social media platforms for B2B marketing with an understanding and effective use of AI
