Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office 2 working from home

Job Purpose:

To provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately efficiently and in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

Knowledge & Experience

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative or assistant role within a Service Centre is required.
  • Ability to support HRBP providing guidance to employee & managers with policies and procedures
  • Experience maintaining HR systems and employee records.
  • Experience supporting new starter and onboarding administration desirable.
  • Experience handling confidential information in a professional environment.
  • An understanding of UK employment legislation desirable.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment advantageous.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards qualification desirable

Technical Skills

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office packages (Word Excel Outlook).
  • Experience using HR systems (e.g. Workday) desirable.
  • Ability to produce accurate reports and maintain data integrity.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
