About Us
The Womens Resource Center(WRC)has been helping victims of sexual and domestic violence for over 40 WRC is known as the areas primary service provider for domestic and sexual violence survivorsassistingresidential and non-residential clients with supportadvocacy and immediate crisis intervention. The agency is also the acknowledged area expert on sexual assault domestic violence dating violence and stalking and annually provides approximately 150 public awareness prevention education and awareness activities for allied professionals and agencies civicgroupsand mission is rooted in compassion empowerment and justice andweregrowing our impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the capital campaignincluding planningmanagingand donor cultivation.
- Develop and implement a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Set annual revenue targets and track performance across all fundraising channels.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and board members tosetorganizational strategy.
- Oversee grant research writing submission and reporting processes.
- Build andmaintainrelationships with potential funders.
- Design and execute donor stewardship plans to deepen engagement and retention.
- Identify cultivate andsolicitmajor gift prospects.
- Maintain donordatabaseand ensureaccuraterecordkeeping and reporting.
- Lead the planning and execution of annual giving campaigns.
- Develop compelling messaging and segmented outreach strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance andoptimizefuture efforts.
- Plan and manage signature fundraising events includinglogistics sponsorships and donor experience.
- Partner with marketing and communications teams to align fundraising messaging across platforms.
- Represent the organization at public events donor meetings and community forums.
About You
- Proventrack recordin nonprofit fundraisingwith priorexperiencein a leadership role.
- Experience managing grants major gifts and donor relations.
- Strong strategic thinkingandproject managementskills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiencywith donor management systems ( etc.)
- Ability to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for the mission and values ofTheWomens Resource Center.
- Bachelors degree in nonprofit administration ora relatedfield.
