Manages all aspects of project delivery including scope schedule cost resources dependencies risks issues and milestones.
Develops and maintains detailed project plans and schedules and ensures delivery within approved scope timeline and budget.
Leads cross-functional matrixed project teams through requirements gathering testing implementation and go-live activities.
Coordinates interactions with internal departments including contracting operations solution design and technical services.
Manages project risks issues and escalations and ensures timely resolution of impediments with potential impact to time quality or resources.
Facilitates internal and external project meetings and prepares clear timely status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
Oversees change management activities including documentation of change requests impact analysis approvals and communication.
Provides leadership and direction to clients staff and vendors to resolve project-related issues.
Executes projects using established project management frameworks and organizational standards.
Supports enterprise priorities by delivering projects aligned with organizational strategy and leadership direction.
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Project Management Business Management or a related field required; or 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a healthcare or business environment preferably involving information systems technology implementations or application development.
Licensure Certification and/or Registration: none.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Working knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices including Agile and Waterfall approaches. Familiarity with ITIL principles and structured change management practices. Strong negotiation organizational analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in deadline-driven environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in matrixed organizations and lead cross-functional teams
Strong customer service orientation and commitment to quality outcomes.
