Position Overview
We are seekingcompassionate dependable helpersto providearound-the-clock (24/7) carefor a male senior client in his home. This role involves continuous support with daily living activities to ensure safety comfort and quality of life.
To support full coverage we areopen to hiring 34 helpersto rotate shifts.
Care Responsibilities
- Assistance withActivities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Medication reminders
- Meal preparationand light cooking
- Household choresand general home upkeep
- Errandsand occasional accompaniment as needed
- Mobility assistanceand safety supervision
- Companionship and emotional support
Caregiver Requirements
- Fluent in both Spanish and English(required)
- Reliable patient and attentive
- Comfortable providing extended-hour or rotating shift coverage
- Experience with senior care preferred
- Must pass required background checks
Schedule
- 24/7 care coverage
- Shifts to be assigned among multiple caregivers (34 helpers)
