Job Title : Desktop Support Engineer (Windows 11 O365 Active Directory VMware VDI Enterprise End-User Support)
Location: Albany NY Onsite
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience managing Level 2 Help Desk support requests providing hands-on end-user focused technical support.
- Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues including troubleshooting Windows 11 environments.
- Experience installing configuring and supporting Microsoft O365 and Outlook within an enterprise environment.
- Experience utilizing Lansweeper Remote Desktop and Active Directory for system management and user support.
- Experience working with ITSM service desk platforms and ticketing systems to track manage and resolve support incidents.
- Experience configuring and installing Windows-based hardware peripherals network printers and thin clients.
- Experience performing computer imaging and system deployment.
- Experience supporting and administering RSA Console for authentication and security access.
- Experience utilizing VMware / Omnissa technologies to support and maintain virtual desktop environments.
- Knowledge and support experience troubleshooting common mobile device issues.
