EduTalent Group are hiring a skilled and creative Teacher of PSHCE to join a dedicated specialist SEN team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality PSHCE education including RSE Life Skills and Careers to students with a wide range of learning needs. You will work in a forward-thinking and inclusive environment supporting personalised learning pathways and helping students achieve their full potential.
The role will include planning and delivering engaging lessons assessing student progress and contributing to the development of the PSHCE curriculum. You will work closely with colleagues to provide consistent support and guidance adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of students with complex profiles including autism and associated conditions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
Be a qualified teacher with experience in PSHCE or related subjects
Have strong knowledge of PSHCE RSE Life Skills and Careers
Be passionate about supporting students with special educational needs
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and communication skills
Be creative flexible and committed to improving student outcomes
Have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
