Job Summary

Purpose of Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Reporting Administrator to provide critical administrative and reporting support within our risk function. You will ensure accurate and timely stock data reporting from all retail stores supporting auditing stock control and compliance across the business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect weekly stock-related data and supporting documents from all retail stores.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of submitted store reports.
  • Compile format and present weekly stock audit reports for review.
  • Follow up with stores to resolve missing or inconsistent data.
  • Identify variances irregularities and trends requiring further investigation.
  • Maintain organised and secure filing systems (digital and/or hard copy).
  • Assist the audit team in preparing for routine and ad-hoc stock audits.
  • Capture physical stocktake data and support reconciliation processes.
  • Provide general administrative support to finance and audit teams as needed.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal controls and policies.



Requirements

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Grade 12 (essential)
  • Tertiary qualification relevant to the role (advantageous)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (essential)
  • Problem-solving abilities

Key Competencies:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Word
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving



Required Skills:

Minimum Requirements: Relevant degree in Industrial Engineering Business Analysis Information Systems FTI BA / PM Qualification (Advantageous) 5 Years experience in a Business Analyst Systems Analyst role Experience in compiling business requirements documents functional requirements specifications etc. Experience in compiling and driving detailed project execution plans Experience in business process modelling tools (Advantageous) Experience in project management tools (Advantageous) Experience in agile methodologies (Advantageous) Experience in Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC); (Advantageous) Experience in a logistics retail and project environment (Advantageous) Knowledge of supply chain management systems e.g. distribution transaction systems warehouse management systems shipping systems etc. (Advantageous) Valid Drivers License with own transport for travel when required Advanced MS Office Skills/ Google Workspace General Requirements: Focus on customer satisfaction efficient use of resources and delivering on solution objectives Excellent communication skills cooperation with stakeholders while building trusted and influential relationships Driving your own development but also of those around you. Proactive approach accountable and creative in problem-solving Ability to thrive under pressure and deadlines Ability to function within various different teams and environments but also work independently Willing to travel
