Job Summary

We are looking for a Health and Safety Officer to ensure a safe healthy and compliant working environment by implementing monitoring and continuously improving health and safety standards procedures and systems across all operational areas. The role promotes a proactive safety culture ensures adherence to legal and company requirements and supports incident prevention through risk identification training and corrective action.

Requirements

1. Deliver production plans on time in full and at the right quality.

2. Manage inbound logistics and storage of raw and packaging materials efficiently.

3. Maintain cost-efficient production processes with high yield and low waste.

4. Ensure full compliance with ISO 45001 and health & safety requirements.

5. Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing capacity and efficiency.

6. Develop and lead manufacturing staff to achieve excellence.
