We are currently seeking a dynamic results-driven and experienced Sales Managers to join our vibrant retail team.
RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Ability to recruit quality and adequate manpower train and lead them to meet sales targets (cases and premiums) on consistent basis.
- An expert in prospecting appointment booking lead/referrals generation sales closing organizing/doing institutional presentations and sales activations.
- Proficient sales leadership and management skills in achieving given sales KPIs.
- Ability to research create new ideas develop winning sales strategies and effectively execute them to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- A smart business development guru sales planner controller and executor.
- Exhibit professional sales practice and excellent client service delivery.
- Quality accurate and timely reporting.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years experience in sales leadership role.
- Must be very competent in Agency Recruitment.
- Good people management and emotional intelligence skills.
- Ability to recruit talented Agents provide field support co-ordinate organize lead and control a salesforce of more than ten to excel on the job.
- Good communication presentation and interpersonal skills (verbal and non-verbal)
- Ability to build good relationships network and broker business deals.
- Skilled in sales forecasting good decision making and a solutions provider.
- Proficiency in computer software (Word Excel and PowerPoint).
