The Supply Chain Operations team delivers medicines that have a positive impact on patients lives. As a Supply Chain Systems Manager you will enable order supply and distribution management functions by ensuring reliable system functionalities and compliant processing standards across the global end-to-end supply chain operations network.
Your prime responsibility is to provide issue resolution and support for system and/or interface-related topics as well as administer application-specific customs trade safety and quality relevant procedures. You will work closely with the broader organization to document standards share best practicesprovide training and maintain effective communication and collaboration across functions. Additionally you will lead and drive the master data harmonization project in preparation for S4/HANA go-live ensuring the orchestration of stakeholders from various organizations and implementing a structured process for the robust and reliable management of critical master data.
Your key responsibilities and accountabilities include:
Leading the coordination and execution of the master data harmonization project aligned with S4/HANA implementation goals.
Orchestrating collaboration among stakeholders from different teams and organizations to ensure alignment and preparation for S4/HANA go-live.
Implementing structured processes to guarantee robust management of critical master data.
Ensuring reliable system operations and efficient issue resolution across applicable areas.
Maintaining customs export control and dangerous goods compliant systems.
Providing technical support for system/interface roles functions and parameters.
Managing system quality trade and logistics relevant process standards.
Training and supporting people on applicable system procedures while sharing best practices.

Additionally you bring the below qualifications and experience:
Masters degree in a relevant field and/or Bachelors degree combined with an APICS certification (or equivalent).
Minimum 10 years of supply chain experience in the pharma industry.
Excellent knowledge of SAP SD / MM module combined with proven track record in S4/HANA implementation environment.
Significant experience in leading master data harmonization projects and implementing structured processes to achieve strong and reliable data management practices.
Work experience with quality and/or trade-specific applications and partners.
Strong relevant business process understanding in a multinational environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
