Youre a motivated and ambitious team player at the beginning of your career in the event industry. You may have some experience or none at all. What you do have is confidence a never-say-die attitude and a passion for events and live experiences. Youre also flexible organized customer-focused and have an eye for detail. Youre no shrinking violet: you are not shy about asserting yourself and communicating new ideas.
What youll be doing
Keep our and clients databases updated at all times
Support in the production of an event during preparation and when on-site
Assist in venue and supplier selection registration of participants and may help to make travel arrangements
Support (and learn from) project managers when setting communicating maintaining timelines and priorities on all projects
Help manage the finances and monitor cost of our events
Must haves

Fluent English or mother-tongue
Be enrolled in a University Program
Attention to detail
Very good oral and written communication skills
Wanting to make our clients and teams happy
Motivated and ready to go beyond the job description to make things happen
On rare occasions it may happen that you may have to work on weekends but of course you can take time off to compensate for the additional hours
Nice to haves
French or any additional language
Experience working in an event agency
Pharmaceutical industry experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft programs: Powerpoint Word Excel Sharepoint MS Teams and other technological registration tools
