Job Summary
A healthcare facility located near Charleston WV is looking for a full-time permanent Chief Nursing Officer to join their team. Details are below!
Salary: $105000 - $145000/annually
- Quarterly bonuses
Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity:
- At least 5 years experience in a hospital or acute care setting as a nursing leader managing large teams.
- Leadership experience in nursing to include responsibilities such as 24-hour accountability patient satisfaction initiatives FTE management policy procedure and budgetary oversight and conducting disciplinary action.
- Chief Nursing Officer reports directly to the CEO
- Offer full medical dental vision paid time off holiday pay 401K along with other benefits on day 1 of fulltime employment.
Chief Nursing Officer Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted RN license in WV and BLS certification (ACLS Preferred).
- Must have with an advanced degree such as MSN other masters degrees are acceptable. OR be currently enrolled in a masters program and can show proof of present enrollment.
- Chief Nursing Officer must have gone through specifically The Joint Commission surveys/accreditation in a hospital setting.
