Role Overview:
Were looking for a Marketing & Campaign Coordinator to create compelling content run effective leadgenerating campaigns and coordinate RFBIs presence at industry this handson role youll partner closely with our Residential Villages Retirement Living and Care at Home teams to build local awareness and a healthy pipeline of qualified enquiries that support occupancy and growth. Youll report to the Engagement & Experience Manager and collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and refresh marketing collateral and promotional materials so teams always have current brandaligned assets in market.
  • Plan and run integrated campaigns that generate quality leads recorded and tracked correctly in our Salesforce CRM.
  • Manage our photo and video librarybrief schedule and coordinate shoots
  • Plan and deliver local marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns to build lead pipelines and support occupancy and growth targets
  • Support and participate in marketing and industry events in collaboration with service teams
  • Support RFBIs Fruit Program by developing a meaningful calendar of activities and resources that lift engagement.
  • Spot and shape newsworthy stories for internal and external channels in partnership with our service teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualificationsin marketing or business with3 years experiencecreating engaging content and managing campaigns.
  • Aconfident communicatorwho collaborates well with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Projectmanagement proorganised calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
