The Growth Account Manager will be responsible for revenue growth within an assigned group of accounts proactively selling the full range of the Bioprocess portfolio and developing strong customer relationships in order to leverage our position within the target organizations
Main Responsibilties & Tasks :
- Manage local mature commercialized clients and MNCs
- Develop and implement strategic account plans using global resources with differentiated approaches to the business needs in PD & manufacturing stages
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships via better use company tools like SFDC etc.
- Work closely with FAS Marketing partners and other internal stakeholders utilizing these resources to support value offerings throughout the entire sales process.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with the clients key stakeholders.
- Establish a strong internal network across the organization globally for partnering with clients
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education in Biotechnology Biochemistry Bioengineering or life sciences related major. Other majors as appropriate.
- Min. 5 years working experience in biopharma including min.3 years sales experience at least 1 year KA management experience preferred.
- Economical and financial know-how
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with people of different levels for presentation discussion and negotiation.
- Solid account management project management customer analysis planning & organizing related skills.
- Proactive result driven resilient collaborative attitude.
- Solid English reading writing & speaking.
