Job Summary

Strategic Planning & Brand Management

  • Analyze market trends prioritize key market opportunities clarify core needs of customers and the value chain and develop competitive strategies as well as brand recognition and positioning in these prioritized channels to accelerate the existing business growth.

 

Tactical Execution & Commercial Activation

  • Lead the development of impactful multi-channel B2B2C marketing campaigns and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of marketing plans.
  • Plan and execute academic conferences and promotional events to engage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and boost the brands share of voice (SOV).
  • Track analyze and report on brand performance metrics sales data and campaign effectiveness.
  • Be responsible for the marketing budget ensuring efficient resource allocation and a strong return on investment (ROI).

 

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align on strategic goals develop effective sales tools and support key account negotiations.
  • Work with the Medical Affairs team to ensure all promotional materials are medically accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Cooperate with the Training team to ensure that the training curriculum aligns with the brand strategy and product positioning.

Qualifications :

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree or above; an MBA degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of marketing experience in the aesthetics pharmaceutical medical device or FMCG industry.
  • A proven track record in product/brand management preferably in the aesthetics or dermatology field.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B marketing and in managing relationships with healthcare professionals is essential.

Essential Skills Experience and Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking analytical and communication skills as well as an innovative mindset.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong collaborative team spirit and proven negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with the ability to anticipate scenarios and develop contingency plans.
  • Ability to travel for 30% of the working time primarily within China.
