You will energetically lead and drive the sales team to deliver on their annual objectives. You are an enabler that coaches and guides sales leaders in order to build capability while also removing roadblocks.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Actively participate by providing input in defining volume/revenue/share targets for core categories
- Plan and lead sales companys activities to achieve the agreed directions and objectives: volume revenue market share performance and other relevant KPIs in line with core category strategies and priorities
- Identify develop and lead the implementation of business strategy at customers in the market
- Follow up on results and recommend corrective actions if needed
- Continue to build the Mondelēz International community culture values and reputation across the market
- Develop and sponsor top talent in the organization
