Come join us for a 6 months Account Manager 2026 Internship Program at Snap Inc based in Beijing China! As a member of the APAC Large Customer Solutions (LCS) team you will need to bring a creative mindset detail-oriented focus and strategic acumen to a fun passionate and fast paced environment. Youll collaborate with Account Management and Client Partners to support the teams long term business partnerships across the Large Customer Sales team.
What youll do:
Work with the Account Management team to provide real time analysis and optimization for auction and reserved campaigns
Support the Account Management team during booking process
Support campaign flighting ensure correct targeting reporting and campaign verification
Increase adoption and engagement of Snaps self-service platform and auction-based tools providing ongoing technical support and real-time analysis
Support the Account Management team in identifying performance trends across auction campaigns to fuel optimization recommendations by delivering mid- and post-campaign wraps - always looking for ways to upsell
Support the Account Management team by delivering post campaign reports (pulling reports and building data analysis) with benchmarks and recommendations.
Create Keynote/Powerpoint sales presentation to showcase the Snapchat narrative and deliver campaign results to top brands
Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce
Be able to work with Cross functions : Measurement / Creative / Product teams
Data Visualization & Dashboarding
BI Dashboard Construction: Design and maintain automated data dashboards (using Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio) to visualize revenue performance.
Sales Intelligence Support: Help the Sales Leader track and analyze revenue across different dimensions by regions by industry by products and by sales team.
Reporting Automation: Streamline the data collection process to replace manual reporting ensuring the leadership team has access to real-time business health metrics.
Business Data Analysis & Account Growth
Revenue Gap Analysis: Periodically analyze revenue fluctuations and identify growth opportunities or risk factors in specific markets or client segments.
Campaign Performance Diagnostics: Conduct deep-dives into campaign data to identify the root causes of performance changes (CPA spikes ROAS drops).
Creative & Audience Analytics: Quantify the effectiveness of different ad creatives and audience segments to provide data-backed feedback to the media buying team.
Account GrowthSupport the day-to-day operations of Snapchat ad accounts ensuring KPIs are met and client growth.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Strong understanding of digital media specifically social platforms (e.g. Snapchat Twitter Facebook Instagram TikTok)
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Strategic and creative problem solver
Self-starter capable of tackling ambiguous problems
Tech Savvy with solid computer skills including familiarity with spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree or equivalent with a focus in business marketing economics advertising or another related field as of the date of your application
Ability to commit to working a minimum of 4 days per week in the office
Analytical Mindset: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables VLOOKUP complex formulas). Familiarity with SQL Python or Tableau/Power BI is a strong plus.
Marketing Savvy: Basic understanding of digital marketing funnels and common ad-tech metrics (CPM CPC Conversion Rate).
Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Statistics Data Science Mathematics Marketing Economics or a related field.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) as you will be dealing with global data and potentially communicating with international stakeholders.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail strong logic and the ability to work in a fast-paced result-oriented environment.
