This Finance Manager role sits within GE Healthcares Pharmaceutical Diagnostics business. The position carries two primary responsibilities: serving as the Finance Business Partner for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region and supporting financial analysis for the broader East Asia addition the role supports China BD finance activities and analysis. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. ANZ Finance BP and East Asia Finance

Provide endtoend financial support for Australia operations including budgeting forecasting monthly closing analysis and performance tracking.
Partner with commercial teams to evaluate pricing product mix market opportunities and ROI of key initiatives.
Lead financial modelling for new business proposals tenders and investment decisions.
Ensure compliance with local accounting standards tax regulations and internal control requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors tax advisors and local finance service providers.
Monitor cash flow working capital and cost optimization opportunities.

2. China BD Finance

Conduct financial due diligence valuation and scenario modelling BD projects.
Support project screening feasibility studies and investment decision-making.
Collaborate with BD regulatory supply chain and commercial teams to assess project economics and risk factors.
Track project milestones investment progress and postinvestment performance.
Prepare business cases investment memos and management presentations.
Support partnership negotiations from a financial perspective.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or above in Finance Accounting Economics or related fields; CPA/ACCA preferred.
6 years of finance experience ideally in pharma biotech medical devices or related industries.
Experience in FP&A or commercial finance is highly preferred.
Strong financial modelling valuation and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin; able to work with global stakeholders.
Ability to manage ambiguity work independently and drive business outcomes.
