Job Summary

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from on-boarding to off-boarding and support the entire employment cycle for human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment compensation & benefits HRIS administration and employee relations.
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and selection processes to ensure timely organized and comprehensive hiring procedures.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and support maintaining good communication with staff.
  • Assist in annual HR exercises such as performance management salary review and benchmarking
  • Compile and maintain accurate employee records and support HRIS data management.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Qualification:

  • Diploma or above preferably in human resources management or related disciplines
  • Holder of Construction Safety (Green) Card is an advantage

Additional Information :

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 year working experience on human resources management or related duties
  • Proficient in MS office / Google applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • with CLO experience is an advantage
