| Job Description: | Assist GatorNights Managers and Assistant Managers on duty with tasks throughout the night which includes assisting with set-up and break down check-in and line management load-in and load-out for an event and maintaining safety and cleanliness of facilities throughout the event. Provide hospitality needs for guests and fulfill customer service requests for performers and speakers at GatorNights events. Ensure that all events are meeting the required staffing needs large event safety procedures are followed and staffing specific events when required. Promote GatorNights events through the use of word-of-mouth marketing social media and event signs. Act as an ambassador and advocate for the GatorNights late night programs. Conduct event management responsibilities that ensure overall participant safety. Completes all training requirements upon being hired in a timely fashion. Ability to commit to working up to 10 hours per week. Other duties as assigned.

| Preferred: | Although no experience is necessary to apply and all training will be provided we would prefer for all student employees to be: Able to work evenings between 3:00pm - 11 :00pm. Proficient with verbal and written communication. Demonstrate previous experience with customer service or hospitality. Demonstrate ability to work in a large group setting as well as work independently. CPR and First Aid Certified or willing to obtain. |
