A wellestablished and growing Wealth Management Practice is seeking a motivated Wealth Management Assistant to join its supportive and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to develop their career within a fastpaced clientfocused financial services environment.

The practice consists of a small team of financial advisers supported by an experienced administration function. They specialise in providing highquality financial planning services to highnetworth individuals and successful business owners.

The Role

As a Wealth Management Assistant you will provide essential support to advisers and clients covering a wide range of administrative and operational duties including:

  • Delivering comprehensive administrative support to advisers and wider colleagues
  • Managing and preparing key data for client reports and portfolio reviews
  • Producing meeting packs and writing followup client meeting notes
  • Handling client and provider enquiries via phone email and letter
  • Managing and updating the Practices CRM system
  • Diary management for senior team members
  • Processing new business and liaising with relevant external administration teams
  • Ensuring the smooth daytoday running of the practice through proactive organisation and attention to detail

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within an administrative or office support role
  • Financial services experience (Wealth Management IFA etc.) desirable but not essential
  • Excellent customer service skills and the confidence to build strong client relationships
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • High attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement capabilities
  • A professional discreet and proactive approach
