Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone email and chat.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding products and services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate information and solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and service quality.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems.

Requirements:

  • Fluent proficiency in German.
  • B2 level English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus but not requiredfull training will be provided.
