Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to websites and web solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor and guide users through their queries.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in customer service tech support or a similar role.
Native or C1-level German and B2-level English.
Knowledge or enthusiasm for digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory).
Proactive problem-solving and strong communication skills.
Ability to work rotational shifts between 06:0022:00.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 1100 gross/month (14 months) 15400 gross/year
Performance Bonus: Up to 180/month (12 months) 2160 gross/year
Meal Allowance: 7.23/day (net) 1908.72/year
Transport Allowance: 20/month 240/year Uber reimbursement up to 25/day if starting at 06:00
Welcome Bonus: 3000 (one-time)
Total Annual Compensation (including bonus & allowances): 17548.72 performance bonus 2160

Airfare reimbursement up to 400 (Economy class) after 6 months.
