Job Summary
Michelin is hiring!
Summary: The HR Support Specialist helps employees and partners with their questions about HR processes such as payroll benefits recruitment training and personal data. The role also supports users in using HR systems (like the Michelin & Moi Portal Eddy Chatbot and InTouch) updates employee information when needed and helps improve HR processes and tools.
What were looking for:
Very good command of French (minimum B2 level).
Good command of English.
Strong digital skills and ability to work with various systems and tools.
Customer orientation initiative and proactivity.
Higher education degree.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
The HR Support will:
- Respond to employee and partner requests according to defined criteria and document them in the ticketing tool (ServiceNow) across all Personnel administrative processes (Payroll Benefits etc.) and other HR areas (Recruitment Training Personal Data etc.).
- Analyze inquiries to provide accurate and efficient support to employees and partners.
- Update information and data within the systems and tools accessible to employees and partners.
- Monitor the quality and timeliness of responses to employee/partner requests in order to create track and challenge performance indicators for improved activity management and continuous improvement.
- Handle calls respond to inquiries and support employees on topics such as payroll individual compensation statements transportation etc. using the HR information systems and tools in place.
