Job Summary
We are looking for a Working Student Customer Support to join us in our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Tracking entering modifying and executing orders in the SAP system;
- Tracking entering and monitoring claims from customers in dedicated tool platform;
- Working with database entering and updating information (Excel);
- Initiatie changescreation and modification for customers;
- Communication with customers;
- Resolving requests regarding orders deliveries invoices and product availability;
- Close cooperation with finance and logistics departments;
- Support in preparation of credit notes and feedback documentation;
- Back-Office tasks: document filing scanning receiving and sending correspondence inventories; preparing documents for signing;
- Checking and completing system data.
Qualifications :
- Education: Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters program.
- Language Skills: Proficient in English both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Result-oriented with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
