Responsibilities:

• Design and develop effective and unambiguous LLM / RAG based NLP systems taking into account user intent context and domain knowledge

• Implement and optimize prompt engineering chaining techniques and agentic workflows for enhancing language model outputs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers UX/UI designers and developers to develop the best user experiences

• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback in order to continuously improve model output

• Stay updated on industry trends new models and techniques and best practices in AI NLP

• Develop and keep up-to-date engineering documentation including guidelines best practices and utilization examples

• Contribute to the process of quality assurance and devops by identifying and resolving issues to ensure model effectiveness and user satisfaction at scale

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology with a focus on language processing

• 4 years of experience in NLP and relevant projects with strong working proficiency in Python

• Solid understanding of natural language processing concepts and techniques

• Experience working with OpenAI or other open-source large language models (LLMs) is highly desirable

• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
