Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive with 2–5 years of experience in industrial or B2B sales. The role involves handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries preparing quotations coordinating with production and dispatch teams and supporting the field sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries from customers distributors and dealers
  • Prepare quotations follow-ups and order confirmations
  • Coordinate with production stores and dispatch teams for order execution
  • Maintain and update CRM / sales records and customer databases
  • Support field sales team with pricing documentation and customer communication
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensure timely closure of sales and achievement of monthly targets
  • Handle customer queries related to products pricing delivery and after-sales support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / Back Office Sales
  • Experience in industrial products such as valves pipes fittings or engineering products preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel email communication and ERP/CRM systems
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities efficiently
  • Basic understanding of technical product specifications is an advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / BE / BTech / BCom / BBA in relevant discipline
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sales environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up skills
  • Proactive result-oriented and team player
