About the Role

Were looking for a passionate and highly organised Group & Event Travel Coordinator to join our M&E Group Travel team on a maternity cover this role youll deliver exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of multicorporate clients ensuring every interaction reflects FCMs high operational standards.

Youll work as part of a small collaborative team supporting clients with group air travel venue sourcing and wider group travel needs. Your ability to multitask communicate clearly and build strong relationships with both customers and suppliers will be key to your success.

A typical day could include managing group travel enquiries sourcing venues meeting SLAs resolving service issues with enthusiasm and ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed with clear customerfocused communication. Youll also follow FCMs systems and processes maximise preferred suppliers and work towards KPIs that support both service excellence and commercial performance.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

About You

Youre someone who brings energy professionalism and a genuine passion for customer service. You understand the value of every client interaction and know how to deliver proactive highquality support.

• Experience arranging travel essential
• GDS experience essential
• Group travel knowledge desired
• Venue sourcing experience desired
• Strong customer service background essential
