  • Proventrack recordof strong attention to detail tomaintainaccuraterecords.
  • Adapt in an environment where each day is different from the nextwithfast-pacedpeak workflowaround race weekendsandmanaging ongoing projects in the quieterout of season periods.
  • Comfortable managing and prioritizingownworkload whilst workingas a Team.
  • Proficient in CRMsystems and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an extraordinaryGuest experienceprior during andpost raceweekends.
  • Manage guest communications queriesticket details seating hospitality inclusions deliverytimelinesand eventlogistics.
  • Manage anychanges and escalations efficiently professionally with asolutions-focused approach.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end fulfilment of tickets and hospitality packagesfor specific racesthroughoutthe F1 Season.
  • Liaise with suppliers promoterscircuitsand internal teamsto confirm allocations and access.
  • Ensureall tickets passes and credentials areaccuratesecureand delivered on time.
  • Support post-eventfollowupand guest feedback collection.
  • Assistin improvingfulfilment processes and guest service standards.

Physical Demands

  • Office based long periods of computer use

Qualifications/Skill

  • Minimum 2years experiencein Client servicesor account management within events sportshospitalityor travel industriesessential.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft officeapps essential
  • Knowledge of Salesforceor other CRM andOutreach would be an advantage.
  • Interest in Formula One or major global sporting events would be an advantage.
