Care Coordinator Up to 30000
Youll be at the heart of a brand-new domiciliary care service organising visits supporting staff and making sure service users care is delivered safely and on time. Each day involves hands-on coordination checking medication updating care records and responding to changing needs.
Before You Apply
- Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification is required.
- You must have previous experience as a Care Coordinator.
- Applicants must be confident managing staff rotas and compliance within a domiciliary setting.

What Youll Do
- Maintain dignity and standards for service users and their homes
- Oversee and coordinate staff rotas and schedules
- Monitor care delivery to ensure it meets individual care plans
- Train assess and ensure safe medication administration by staff
- Attend and contribute to training supervisions and team meetings
What Youll Need
- Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
- Proven experience as a Care Coordinator or similar role
- Ability to manage staff rotas and care compliance confidently
- Knowledge of domiciliary care and regulatory standards
