Care Coordinator Up to 30000

Youll be at the heart of a brand-new domiciliary care service organising visits supporting staff and making sure service users care is delivered safely and on time. Each day involves hands-on coordination checking medication updating care records and responding to changing needs.

Before You Apply

  • Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification is required.
  • You must have previous experience as a Care Coordinator.
  • Applicants must be confident managing staff rotas and compliance within a domiciliary setting.

What Youll Do

  • Maintain dignity and standards for service users and their homes

  • Train assess and ensure safe medication administration by staff
  • Attend and contribute to training supervisions and team meetings

What Youll Need

  • Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
  • Proven experience as a Care Coordinator or similar role
  • Ability to manage staff rotas and care compliance confidently
  • Knowledge of domiciliary care and regulatory standards
