Role Overview:
As a Junior Research Specialist you will play a key role in supporting research projects for multinational clients. This position focuses on hands-on involvement in innovative projects particularly the application of drones (Unmanned Aerial Systems) and emerging technologies across diverse industriesfrom agriculture to defence.
Core Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in a wide range of research projects primarily related to drones and other cutting-edge technologies.
- Conduct research gather and structure data perform analysis and manage translation or data transformation as needed.
- Contribute to research outputs including publications presentations and internal/external documentation.
Your Profile:
- Relevant university degree (Economics Finance Law Applied Mathematics or Language Studies preferred).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong research skills: ability to navigate open sources (Google social media etc.) and synthesize findings.
- Analytical mindset: critical thinking quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Reliable team player who respects deadlines and collaborates effectively.
- Self-driven learner with proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint Excel Word).
- Basic familiarity with GenAI tools.
Will be a plus:
- Knowledge of additional EMEA languages (especially Polish).
- Skills in data visualization and data manipulation (e.g. Alteryx Tableau Power BI).
