Job Summary
As a Junior Workplace Specialist you will be responsible for timely provision and supply within your responsibilities as well as for coordination and supervision of different services of the office.
Qualifications :
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely provision of breakfast for studios according to the approved schedule including placing orders with suppliers receiving deliveries and distributing products across the office.
- Drinking water supply: manage bottled water order and distribution control and maintenance arrangements for coolers and purifier.
- Coordinate coffee supply for studios (ordering coffee and related products monitoring the availability of coffee in coffee machines arranging coffee machines maintenance)
- Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate their work. Ordering and distribution of cleaning consumables)
- Assistance in organizing internal events
- Communication with the supplier regarding the operation of the vending machine
- Prepare payment requests in the internal system and monitor timely processing of invoices.
- Conduct regular office rounds report technical issues and ensure their resolution.
Requirements
- Relevant working experience in similar position
- Communication with vendors experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet tools/browsers
- English Intermediary level is a big plus
- Enthusiasm and drive to work
