Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement applications using Pega Platform

Create and configure case management workflows

Develop and maintain business rules decision tables and decision trees

Configure UI components using Pega sections and harnesses
-
Integrate Pega with external systems using REST SOAP and connectors
-
Develop data pages activities and reports
-
Implement security roles access groups and authentication
-
Perform unit testing debugging and performance tuning
-
Participate in Pega upgrades and production deployments
-
Collaborate with business analysts and architects
-
Prepare technical documentation and follow Pega best practices
Required Skills

Strong experience with Pega PRPC / Pega Platform

Hands-on experience in Case Management
-
Knowledge of Pega rule types (Flows Activities Decision Rules)
-
Experience with Pega UI / DX API
-
Understanding of Pega integration patterns
-
Experience with RDBMS and SQL
-
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills

Pega Certifications (CSA CSSA CLSA)

Experience with Pega Customer Service or Pega BPM

Knowledge of Pega Deployment Manager

Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD

Experience with cloud-hosted Pega (AWS/Azure)
